My love of travel began long before I became a travel advisor. Growing up, my parents took my sister and I on trips throughout the East Coast, including many visits to Walt Disney World. My first trip to Disney was in the late 1980s, and beginning in 1991 my family returned every other year for a full decade. Those experiences sparked a lifelong love of travel and the memories it creates.

Some of my childhood travels also included visiting American Civil War battlefields and historic sites in the Northeast, near where I grew up. Those trips helped shape my appreciation for history and the stories behind the places we visit.

One of my most meaningful travel memories came years later when I took my own son to Walt Disney World for the first time. Watching his reaction when he saw Mickey Mouse reminded me just how powerful shared travel experiences can be. To me, the best vacations aren’t just about the destination — they’re about the memories created with the people you love.

I began working in the travel industry in 2015 specializing in Disney destinations. As my passion for helping others plan meaningful vacations grew, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. In 2019 I launched Four Mountains Travel Company, a boutique agency focused on the destinations and experiences our team knows and loves most.

The agency name is inspired by the four iconic mountains of Walt Disney World — Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Expedition Everest — while also reflecting my love of the mountains of western North Carolina where I was living when the agency began.

Over the past decade I’ve helped many families plan unforgettable vacations and have personally visited 36 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and several countries throughout the Caribbean. I continue to complete training and certifications with many of our travel partners to stay current on destinations, cruise lines, and resort experiences.

My favorite trips to plan are first visits to Walt Disney World, first-time cruises, and honeymoons. I especially enjoy organizing the many details of a trip into clear, easy-to-follow plans so my clients can feel confident and excited about their vacation. Clients often tell me they appreciate my accessibility before and during their travels, along with the detailed planning resources I provide. My goal is simple: to remove the stress from the planning process so you can relax, explore new places, and enjoy time with the people who matter most.

Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, I still love traveling with my own family whenever possible. Personally, I especially love Disney Cruise Line vacations, which combine two things I enjoy most — cruising and Disney.

At Four Mountains Travel Company, we intentionally remain a small, specialized agency so we can focus on providing personal service and deep knowledge of the destinations we recommend. We’re also proud to continue offering complimentary planning services for our clients.
